  • GCLT has implemented the following Covidsafe regulations when attending the theatre. Your patience during this difficult time is appreciated. 

    SIGNAGE: We ask all patrons to follow all directions from our volunteers, signage and markings around the theatre.

    CAPACITY: To allow for social distancing, the audience capacity is capped at 70. Tickets are general admission only, so specific seats cannot be booked for events in 2020.

    CLEANING: We undertake a thorough daily clean and sanitise after every performance. 

    PREORDER DRINKS: We are trialling a pre-order service for intermission refreshments to reduce movements throughout the theatre. Please complete an order form and hand over to the bar staff where you will be able to pay via cash or card, we will then bring you your refreshments to your seat.

    WELLNESS: Please do not attend the performance if you are feeling unwell and practice good hygiene including hand washing and santising. It is not a requirement however, we do encourage the use of face masks and coverings while in the auditorium.

    Book tickets online anytime via our secure online booking system operated by seatadvisor.com. Click on the show you want to see and choose BOOK NOW. There’s no need to print your tickets unless you want to–simply show your tickets on your phone or device upon entry to the auditorium.

    Our Box Office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am until 2pm for two weeks before opening night, during a show season and one hour prior to each performance. Phone bookings can be made on (07) 5532 2096. If we don’t answer, please leave us a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible to process your booking.

    Visa and Mastercard are accepted online, in person, by mail and over the phone.
