QUARTET
Don’t miss this hilarious and heartwarming night at the theatre…starring some of the Gold Coast favourite actors!
Cecily, Reggie and Wilfred are three once-celebrated opera singers who now find themselves living quietly in a retirement home in Kent. Every year, on October 10th, they stage a concert to honour the legacy of Verdi. But when Jean — Reggie’s acclaimed ex-wife and legendary diva — arrives unannounced, the carefully ordered world they inhabit is thrown into dazzling chaos.
With old rivalries resurfacing, long-buried regrets coming to light, and one reluctant star determined not to sing, Quartet becomes a riotously tender exploration of ageing, ambition and friendship.
