Louis Nowra's hit Australian comedy

COSI

Directed by Stuart Lumsden

Season Runs Jan 28 - Feb 18, 2012

Directed by NIDA graduate Stuart Lumsden fresh from his successful role as Brett in last year's THE BOYS, Louis Nowra's largely autobiographical comedy follows recent university graduate Lewis as he attempts to stage a production of Mozart's opera COSI FAN TUTTE in a mental institution using the inmates as his performers. Sounds easy doesn't it - NOT! Equal measures of humour and pathos make this a very funny, very real play about the human condition. Set in a burnt out theatre which has been beautifully recreated by Michael Sutton, you'll be transported back to the 70's as Lewis and his cast of players do their best to perform an opera - without the benefit of being trained singers, and with the added burden of mental instability! The stellar cast comprises:

LEWIS - Jack Harbour

NICK - Jordan Schiele

JULIE / LUCY - Carmen Trevino

ZAC - Sasha Cuha

DOUG - Noel Thompson

RUTH - Del Halpin

CHERRY - Kate McNair

ROY - John Arthars

HENRY - Barry Gibson

JUSTIN - Trevor Love
